What do I need to bring for a stay at FREEDOMS VIEW Cabin?

Just bring your clothes, personal items (soap, shampoo), and food. At FREEDOMS VIEW Cabin, we provide all the rest. We provide all the bedding, linens, and towels, hair dryers, a full modern kitchen with utensils, dishes, cookery, and appliances (yes, even a dish washer).
We even provide a picnic basket with dishes and cutlery for your day trips and games, puzzles, books and DVDs for the quiet times..
Don't forget your bathing suits for the hot tub and for local water-based activities.
There is a McDonalds 4 miles away and a Super WalMart 7 miles away for any items you may forget, so don't fret if you forget.

What other conveniences are offered?

The FREEDOMS VIEW Cabin has central air conditioning and heating and has window screens for letting in the wonderful mountain air. FREEDOMS VIEW Cabin also has 2 gas fireplaces with built-in thermostats for that special ambiance and heat without the fuss and mess.
There is also a full size washer and dryer and an iron and board (just in case).

And don't forget the six-person hot tub on the main deck for relaxing after a day of play and adventure or communing under the beautiful North Carolina mountain skies and stars.

FREEDOMS VIEW Cabin has a family TV room with a large HDTV with satellite connections and HBO, DVD/CD/VCR player  and a large, comfy recliner sofa for when you want to catch up on the rest of the world or watch a favorite movie. Additional TVs are in the Master Bedroom Suite, the main living area and in the Game Room. All TVs allow easy plug in of your video game machines, such as XBox & Playstation.

Both Guest Bedrooms have a Queen bed, large closet, and a private entrance onto the main covered porch for privacy and enjoyment.

The Master Bedroom Suite is a large, private suite with a King size bed, room to stretch, its own, private bathroom, and its own TV with satellite connection and DVD player.

We've also stocked FREEDOMS VIEW Cabin with a variety of games, puzzles, DVDs, and books for your use and enjoyment.

The telephone service at FREEDOMS VIEW Cabin offers FREE local and long distance calling so you are not out of touch and can conveniently make reservations at area attractions and adventures.

There are several rocking chairs, lounge chairs, table chairs, a bench and a table on the decks for private moments, for group reviews of the day's adventures, or morning coffee while enjoying the wonderful outdoors. There's also an outdoor gas grill for those who enjoy grilled foods.

FREEDOMS VIEW Cabin is a no smoking and no pet cabin.
